Sir Knights and Ladies,

It seems hard to believe but we are almost to our summer break. Your Officers have been elected and installed and plans and reservations are due for the Annual Conclave in Green Bay on June 18th through June 21st.

Your dais remains the same as last year. The Election was held on April 14, 2008 and the Installation of Officers was held on April 28, 2008. Thank you for your support and encouragement. Special thanks go to our Ladies who plan and deliver our wonderful pot luck suppers. For May 12th Stated Meeting they have planned an indoor picnic for the dinner. Hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, potato salad, everything but the summer bugs. Mark this on your calendar as a "must attend event".

Special congratulations go to two of our faithful members. SIR KNIGHT BOB UCHNER was installed as Commander of Ivanhoe Commandery # 24 on April 16th. SIR KNIGHT LAUREN HANDELAND is scheduled to be elected and installed as Grand Commander of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Wisconsin at the Grand Conclave in Green Bay on June 20, 2008.

Both of these Knights will remain active in your local Commandery.

Sunday, May 4th will be the Obligatory Templar Observance of the Ascension of Christ into Heaven. We will assemble at the Compass Point Building on the Three Pillars Campus. We will assemble at 9:30 AM. Full Templar Uniform less sword for the Chapel Service at 10:00 AM... Please plan to bring your family and join us for this function.
